Teleperformance has initiated a partnership with Bôndy, dedicated to the restoration of the Highlands and to making its employees aware of current ecological issues.
Each year from 2025 to 2027, a collective reforestation mobilizes teams in the field around a concrete action: plant trees to regenerate soils, strengthen biodiversity and create a more resilient environment.

Beyond planting, this program also aims to involve and raise awareness among employees, making each campaign an opportunity for learning, citizen engagement and internal cohesion.
