Why Landibe?
The Landibe Project has a strong ambition: to build in Madagascar a sustainable regenerative wild silk industry, born of a Malagasy ancestral know-how and closely linked to the mangrove restoration.
By promoting silk from these ecosystems, the project contributes to revitalization of coastal areas, at the protection of biodiversity And at the creating sustainable jobs.
Through this initiative, Bôndy supports theempowerment of 60 women artisans, who transform wild silk into unique pieces while finding a stable source of income and Meaning bearer.
The Landibe project thus connects environmental preservation, cultural transmission and social impact, by showing that restoring nature can also build lasting human and economic relationships.

Our actions on the ground
Bôndy acts to give life to the sector of regenerative wild silk. Our teams support local communities in the creation of workshops, the training of 60 women artisans to spinning and natural dyeing, and the establishment of models of sustainable and fair production.
At the same time, we contribute to the mangrove restoration, essential to biodiversity and the survival of silkworms, while ensuring rigorous scientific monitoring to measure the social and environmental impact of each action.
