In a context of structuring and accelerating its growth, BÔNDY is recruiting a Business Development & Partnerships Manager, called upon to play a key role in the transformation of projects with a high environmental and social impact into sustainable partnerships that create value.

2. Main mission

Manage and structure BÔNDY's commercial development and partnerships, in order to support the growth of the company and the deployment of Nature-based Solutions projects with a high environmental, social and climate impact, in close collaboration with the technical, project and financial teams.


3. Key responsibilities

Commercial development
‍
Identify, qualify and develop business opportunities with committed actors: companies, institutions, international partners.
Structuring complex commercial offers with high added value, in coordination with technical and financial teams
Write, present and adjust commercial proposals adapted to demanding environmental projects
Manage the negotiation, contracting and launching phases of partnerships or projects
Ensure the monitoring of the portfolio of commercial opportunities, in a logic of long-term relationships and the creation of shared value


Partnerships & strategic relationships

Develop and consolidate strategic partnerships with committed public and private actors
Identify and structure new collaborations with high potential (companies, NGOs, institutions, donors)
Support and advise partners in the construction of impact projects, by integrating their environmental, social and economic challenges
Contribute to strategic intelligence and the identification of financing opportunities aligned with BÔNDY's mission and strategy

Complex tenders & opportunities

Identify and analyze calls for tenders and strategic opportunities in connection with environmental, climate and development projects
Coordinate responses to tenders with internal teams and partners
Contribute to the drafting of commercial, strategic and narrative aspects of cases
Participate in the clarification, negotiation and contracting phases

Internal coordination & structuring

Work in close interaction with technical teams (carbon, agroforestry, mangrove, supply chains, finance, communication)
Translating technical, regulatory and operational constraints into credible and relevant commercial proposals
Contribute to the continuous improvement of business tools, methods and processes
Actively participate in strategic thinking on the development and impact of BÔNDY

4. Skills required (Hard skills)

B2B business development and structuring of strategic partnerships.
Structuring and selling complex impact offers (environment, climate, carbon finance, sustainable sectors).
Good understanding of the logic of donors and impact finance (strong asset).
Ability to contribute to complex tenders. Excellent writing skills (offers, notes, files).
Understanding of project logic (budget, planning, constraints).
Mastery of commercial monitoring tools (CRM or equivalent).
Professional English essential (written and oral).
Fluency in Malagasy is an asset.
